About Us

Our vision is to help evolve new approaches to interaction and leadership that acknowledge teamwork and shared accountability in an environment of complex, rapidly changing information requirements and modes of collaboration.

Our mission is to help individuals play a more effective role in an environment of shared accountability and help organizations make better use of all of the intellectual resources available to them.

Our goal is to find ways to nudge local, regional, national and international corporate and government leadership to explore and adopt new models of leadership that will be more effective in dealing with problems today, tomorrow and in one hundred years.

Our objectives are to reach elements of leadership directly, to facilitate growth by way of adaptation where possible, succession where necessary, and development of intellectual and interpersonal agility that will be needed by global leaders from among future generations. We plan to achieve these goals and objectives by:

· motivational marketing, especially of art, music, literature;

· positive promotions;

· exceptional events;

· scholarly exploration of models of leadership and their successful application;

· providing training in large groups and small to introduce new concepts of leadership; and

· working closely with groups to teach organizational teamwork and leadership approaches tailored to specific needs.

In One Hundred Year Horizons, we are committed to acknowledging our respective strengths, finding ways to make the best use of all of our strengths, while at the same time allowing ourselves and each other to be human. Our commitment to this work is supported by our commitment to our own health and well being, and to our relationships with colleagues, friends, family and community. We seek to cultivate an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust, in an environment of inclusion rather than exclusion, guided by the concept that those affected by decisions should be given the opportunity to participate in the decision making process.
